When does my finisher get paid?
Your payment is held securely from the moment you book. It releases to your finisher automatically 5 days after confirmed delivery.
Can I work with a finisher I already know?
If your finisher isn't on the platform yet, invite them to apply. We review all applications within 48 hours. Many finishers join specifically because a stitcher referred them.
What does NeedlepointFinish charge?
Our platform fee is 6% plus payment processing fees.
